The Guest understands that they are solely responsible for and assume
responsibility and liability for any damages during their stay, caused by guest, or additional guests staying on the property with them, and any visitors. The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to live in condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the premises good condition, the condition it was upon checkin. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition.
